Payment information: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and checks
Cancellation policy and
refunds
- There is a $50 fee for canceling a reservation prior to the Monday before the seminar
date.
- There is no refund for canceling a reservation on or after the Monday before the seminar
date.
- There is a $25 charge for canceling a reservation if another Lakeside Chiropractic
Seminar is substituted for the one being cancelled.
