Dr. Carl Heigl, MBA, DC, DACBSP, DABAAHP |
Since his graduation from the Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Heigl has continued his education in the areas of sports chiropractic, chiropractic neurology and anti-aging medicine. Dr. Heigl is a Board Certified Diplomate in Sports Chiropractic by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. Dr. Heigl is a Board Certified Diplomate in Anti-Aging Medicine by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Health Providers. Dr. Heigl is currently Board Eligible in Chiropractic Neurology.
Dr. Heigl has and remains an active member of the American Chiropractic Association: Council on Sports Injuries and Physical Fitness (Sports Council). He has served the Sports Council in the position of Treasurer and then as President. He was presented the Unsung Hero Award , by the Sports Council, in 1996.
During the summer of 2000 Dr. Heigl participated in the United States Olympic Training Center Summer Internship Program.
Dr. Heigl remains active in the treatment of athletes at local, national and international amateur and professional sporting events. Dr. Carl Heigl maintains a private practice in Racine, Wisconsin.
