	Mr. Richard Martin, BS
	Richard Martin – Currently serving as a Photobiologist and Director of Science for Innovative Medical Group. Mr. Martin has over 25 years experience in medicine, medical devices and medical business management. He is a published author and educator in medicine specializing in laser therapy, wound care and pain management. Mr. Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in biological science with advanced studies in physics and microbiology. He has taught laser physics for 9 years and is a certified instructor in paramedical sciences and laser therapy in several states. As part of the management and care team for multiple pain management clinics in Nevada. Mr. Martin has developed comprehensive treatment programs for treating chronic pain syndromes such as fibromyalgia, myofascial pain and RSD. As manager of bio-medical repair and research facilities, Mr. Martin has for the last 8 years had top level managerial responsibility for the construction, operation and growth of bio-medical organizations involved in medical device development, manufacturing and medical research. Employment positions of police officer, paramedic and Fire Chief have given Richard an extensive experience and knowledge of emergency medicine, organizational operations and science instruction.
